How to acquire the e-Ticket to use in Rotating Parking?

• The user can acquire the e-Ticket from Monitors who will be properly identified and circulating in areas with regulated parking spaces. It is also possible to go to affiliated sales points clearly identified in the regulated areas.
• For added convenience, you can download the EstacionamentoFacil APP for Mobile/Smartphones, which allows registered users to purchase credits for buying e-Tickets.

How to use the EstacionamentoFacil APP?

• Search for the EstacionamentoFacil APP in your mobile/smartphone app store; after installation, a simple registration with Name, Email, Phone, and Password will be requested.
• Once registered, users can purchase credits for buying e-Tickets using their credit or debit card. In the APP, you can view the history of credit acquisitions made on EstacionamentoFacil and always have your Balance at hand for the purchase of new e-Tickets.
• Credit/debit card transactions are secure as they are made directly with the Operator. Card information will not be stored, preventing any misuse of information.
• With acquired credits, users can activate the e-Ticket through the EstacionamentoFacil APP following the fees and periods regulated by Municipal Law.

Users will receive confirmation of the validation of the purchased e-Ticket, eliminating the need to go to a Monitor or to the parked vehicle.

How to use the e-Ticket in Rotating Parking?

• The system will use digital technology to issue the e-Ticket allowing for vehicle registration upon acquisition by users (through monitors/authorized posts/APP), validating the vehicle's parking period.
• This way, users won't need to return to their vehicle to validate the period or leave any printed ticket visible, as required in conventional systems.

Monitoring the regularity of vehicles parked in regulated spaces will be carried out by Transit Agents of the Municipality of Suzano.

When is a vehicle considered parked irregularly?

• Exceeding the maximum parking period allowed in each area;
• User doesn't activate the e-Ticket during monitored periods;
• Using a ticket different from that adopted by the Municipality of Suzano;

What happens when a user fails to regularize?

As per Article XVII of Art. 181 of the Brazilian Traffic Code and other relevant regulations, failure to comply with specifically regulated conditions by signage (Rotating Parking sign) may result in a Traffic Infraction Notice (serious type - 5 points on your license) with a Fine Penalty applied and may even lead to vehicle removal.
